Additionally, either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

15.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND BUCK'S DOG TRAINING AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the extent that arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, United States, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections.

18. Miscellaneous Provisions
